Not sure how to retrieve the ADWCleaner results file. Can you help here? Will attach .txt files from JRT and Rkill.

    Hi,
You should be able to click start and type in the search box
    txt
and get some file results for the scans from adwcleaner

Have you checked for any conflicts by typing "about:conflicts" into the Chrome browser?

Also, When you go to advanced settings and enable Crash reporting, it will send a report to Google then generate a log file (chrome://crashes/) that you can look at.

    Thanks for the input, HelloItsMeAgain...

Didn't know about "about:conflicts"...it shows no conflicts.

After enabling Crash reporting, Chrome started with a blank white screen. Another restart resulted in a blank black screen. In both cases Task Manager showed "running" for Chrome. (Win 7).

As a senior non-geek, I'm not sure how to respond. Please explain your comment and how to proceed.

Thanks for all your input. I've just gone through the "Clean Boot" procedure without finding any problems, but Chrome seems to be running better, not great, or as fast as Firefox, but at least not crashing of late.

Now just for my two cents worth seeing such a large output from the ADW I would be very inclined to run this as well as it will not require Windows to run.

How to record Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 to a USB device and boot a computer from it I prefer a disk but the choice is yours.
