How to disable UAC?

So I got to control panel and remove the password and then go to UAC control settings and move the bar all the way down where it says:
- Program try to install software or make changes to my computer
- I make changes to windows settings

Is that it?

Yes, that would be the option to turn off UAC so that it will "never notify" you.
