Nod32 AV on 64 bit...connection terminated and files quarantined as soon as I clicked on any of the links. No chance to save.
Yes, It was detected. My software stopped it in it's tracks.
Yes, It was detected, but I had to scan the file.
No detection.
I have no clue what I am doing....

From my personal experience learned it that every known anti-virus program can pass this test, because it is a standard for testing anti-virus programs. An alternative is PC Security Test from PC SECURITY TEST 2007 - antivirus / antispyware / antihacking that checks computer security against viruses, spyware and hackers.
most A/Vīs has a selectable option to "scan inside zip-files" & some also an option to select how "deep" (levels down) it should scan.
anyway, itīs not really important if a zip-file can be saved or not, since it canīt do anything harmful until you extract the content.
even an exe-file canīt do anything before you run it.
NOD32 V4.0.467.0 caught them all
my BD AV 2010 caught as soon as I clicked most files on standard protocol http, wouldn't let me open tha pages, on SSL it let me get to the save dialg. bt either wouldn't let me save the files or wouldn't let me open them.
MSE caught that and the package from PC security test.
I was an avid Eset fan until I loaded win 7, ESS stopped my fingerprint reader, wouldn't let me Homegroup and made 7 slow.
Since removing it and installing MSE for free I feel liberted, I don't P2P or go to many dodgy sites and what I saw with these test is that MSE is as good as many, maybe not the top of the tree, but the price is right and it updates itself and is virtually transparent on my machine, I'd recommend it to anybody

Norton Internet Security 2010 would not allow me to even download this file. I was unable to even save it to my system, let alone click any Setup files.
