Windows 7: How to get rid of UAC notification w/o disabling?

How to get rid of UAC notification w/o disabling?

I always have to click "Yes" for CPU-Z & AMD Overdrive. I have to run these programs a lot, so is there any way I can disable the notifications w/o disabling UAC?
