    HP Problem


    I have a HP Envy laptop and I basically reinstalled Windows on it now I have a lot of hard drive space missing of my c drive , this is not normal I have 1TB now I have 119GB

    Also I went to disk management and found 700 odd GB in the unallocated section ???

    Was the drive encrypted before the 'basically reinstalled Windows' procedure?

    It appears it simply installed another Windows installation....


    Most HP's come with a recovery partition? You should be able to do a factory restore.....
