    Problem connecting/viewing webpages


    Hi guys have a problem connecting/view webpage
    Got my Aunts laptop if I connect cable it its says connected also wireless is connected
    When I ping an address through the command line I get a reply it will update with no problem as well
    Have scanned it Microsoft Security Essential, that’s what she has in machine found a few bugs deleted them

    Have reset internet explorer and have tried this fix below and its still the same !!!


    . In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
    . Hit Enter Key
    . Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet. If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
    . Click Start
    . Click Run
    . Type cmd
    . Click Ok
    . In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset
    . Hit Enter Key
    . Restart Computer


    Have also tried to install malware bytes but it won’t install have also tried to install Avast and various other software to scan laptop but during the install get This message
    Run time error
    Could not call proc
    Can anyone help me I know if I wipe the machine it will sort it but don’t want to wipe laptop

    Hey there! You must run a scan of Malwarebytes. If it gives you that error make sure .NET Framework is installed.

    Malware scan


    Hi have tried to run scan but it wont allow me to install it getting this msg

    If you can sneaker-net a copy of tweaking.com's Windows Repairs (All in One); Safe Mode with Networking boot Auntie's laptop, install & run with default accepted, add items 26 & 27, restart a couple of times --- you might be pleasantly surprised, or, back to the drawing boards.
