block access to computer of our partners to domain administrator

Hello,

I would like to block access to computer of our partners to domain administrator.
I encrypt the local hard drives and put a password on startup.
I forbid booting from a CD.

But domain administrators can reset a password in active directory while the session is locked and so open.
Do you know a protection on the windows 7 pro itself ?
Someone would have an idea?

Thanks

Have you contacted the domain admin and asked for help to do such a thing?
A admin can do pretty much anything they want to do.
