Used Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, trouble making fixlist.txt file

Hi, I removed a virus using Windows Defender Offline, and now can't start Windows. Following other threads, I downloaded Farbar Recovery Scan Tool on a clean computer to a flash drive, did a scan and have a FRST.txt file. From this I'm supposed to create a fixlist.txt file, but I have no idea what to use from the FRST.txt file. I would greatly appreciate any help!

    Hi Storm,
Can you boot via safe mode.
According to that log you still have malware on your D drive.

Hi Roy, this was a family member's laptop and she opted to factory reset the whole thing. Meant to come on and mark this thread solved yesterday. I appreciate your reply and wanting to help me! Have a great New Year!
