    Reinstall of OS 7 or upgrade to windows 10


    Somehow i can never run Windows Batch File. I get this error message -

    Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

    batch file windows cannot access the specified device

    This is for ALL batch files on my system. Tried everything run as admin etc

    Why are you running batch files ?

    What are they for ?

    What does your title have to do with batch files ?

    Hi, i'm using Prepar3D flight sim. I've got a programe that needs to run a batch file and it can't because it won't let it.

    Because maybe if i reinstall windows it will fix it? Maybe my PC has been broken over the years
