$Recycle.bin virus?

I saw these folders for the first time while choosing folders for a custom scan on Malwarebytes, they still only show up there, not while looking normally. I thought the folder was weird so I did some googling and found out it might be a virus? I did a scan on Malwarebytes and Avast but they didn't find anything... here's how the folders look like in Malwarebytes :

You can't see the recycle bin unless you choose to view the hidden files.
My experience is that whenever a program shows the file system, it shows all the folders including the hidden files.

To clarify in short, it isn't a virus or something.
