Everytime i click on a file on my pc or an USB it says it's damaged!

So first of all sorry for my english cause i'm Italian, anyway yesterday i did format my pc cause of a trojan, after formatting it was working fine but today something strange happened everytime i'm opening a file or the system use a file (like explore.exe for example) an error message shows up "the file is damaged" but the file actually works, it's annoying and i'm scared it could give me real problems in the near future, what's happening? (ah when the error shows up, it shows too the directory of my antivirus MCCAFFE)[/IMG]

That looks like it may actually be a message from mcaffee which is not known to be a reliable Malware tool.

First thing I would suggest is BACK UP ALL YOUR IRREPLACEABLE DATA, (photos, documents Music, Video Etc), so if things get worse at least you have that to fall back on.

Next thing is to download MalwareBytes Free and run a full deep scan of your complete system and report back when this shows your system is clear (may take more than one operation)

Note the Free Version is sufficient for these tests - No need to click BUY

Thanks for the advice, i'm gonna download MalwareBytes and start a scan of the system, i have a backup of the files so it's not a problem, i just hate to format everything it's so annoying, now that i think about it the last time i tried to disinstall Mccaffe my pc suddenly stopped working so i had to format, idk when i bought this pc i didn't had mccaffe installed but now everytime i format it with the recovery disk this antivirus installs by itself lol let's see what happens with MalwareBytes, thanks anyway for the advice

There is a specific Mcafee removal tool available that totally cleans the system, It may be worth running in your case (after malwarebytes ), and if you ever use the recovery option

McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool Download
