    "Behaviour:Win32/Powessere.D" virus problem

Hi,All out there,I'm really hoping that someone can help me with my problem-I've somehow picked up the 'Behaviour:Win32/Powessere.D' virus, and despite running many different anti-virus programs,it always comes back. This is classed as a 'severe' risk,so I dare not use my laptop for anything important.I'd be very grateful for any tips or info on this sneaky virus! Thanks in advance,Fenderbender.

Hi,Samuria, thanks for your response. It'll take a while to do all those scans,so bear with me,please! If it's any help,I've run loads of scans, all say 'not 'infected' with the exception of RogueKiller, which always finds the virus, which in turn then shows it up on Microsoft Security Essentials History-I've been removing it from there, previously it's deleted OK,but then come back later-However,from this afternoon,it won't even remove it. I'll get back after the scans.Thanks,Fenderbender.

Hi,Samuria, just to let you know that I ended up having an expert look at my laptop, and it seems like I was getting a 'false positive' on one of the scans, and I'd actually got rid of the virus after all (I hope!) Thanks again for your help,Fenderbender.
