How do I turn off Windows Defender?

Hi, I already run ESET Smart Security.
In my security settings it says that Windows Defender is also switched on and running 2 or more antispyware programs might slow your computer down.
How do I turn Defender off?
Regards
Graham

You can also type "view local services" into your search box and look for "Windows Defender in the list. Double click on it and disable it within it's properties. This will free up wasted resources as Windows Defender still runs idly in the background.
