Microsoft Security Essentials

I have windows 7 Professional. I used to have windows live one care. Windows 7 does not recognize windows live care so I use Microsoft Security Essentials.
With windows live one care all of my computers and printers could be shared, but with windows security essentials this is not possible.
Does anyone know how to get my different computers and printers to share on windows 7 with microsoft security essentials?

Put them in the safe workgroup if you are sharing with XP and use gigabit ethernet via Cat 5e cables for speed.

It's not so much a live one care thing, as it is a network configuration. If you have Windows 7 on all of your computers, then use a homegroup - look for it in the tutorials section of this website.
If you have XP or Vista computers on the network, you need to make sure they are all in the same workgroup. On XP, right click 'my computer' and go to computer name. Check the workgroup name that is there, and change all of the computer to that same name. On Windows 7, the easiest way is to search for 'name' in the start menu, and select 'change workgroup name'. Then click on change.

Once they are all on the same workgroup and connected to the same network, they should all be able to see eachother. Then it is simply a matter of turning on printer and folder sharing.

The hardware will need to be checked to see what can be used - Ethernet, Fast Ethernet or Gigabit?
