If you believe that you need 2 AV's to be safe, then you need to change to a new AV. Running 2 AV's side by side is a terrible idea, no matter how many people on the internet say they do it. Pick 1 and go with it.

** INTRODUCING: New Official Avast Program Update 6.0.1091 **
T'was only 3 days since ver1086(right..?)...
The previous builds marked PRE-RELEASE or release candidate was really like a "beta version for the public". 4 pre-releases prior the final version. Too much hype from ver6 that migrated to hyping the pre-release towards the final. That's marketting. For the freeware version it's okay (you are getting it free) but for the paid versions all that hype for PR1 fixes...for PR2 fixes...etc...tsk.
WMP red colour issue still there and as expected "...will be corrected for the next version." (1) PRE-RELEASE or release candidate (2) "beta version for the public" or (3) the final version. Let's wait and see. See here
Just my two cents.

Avast autosandbox test tool available.
Information
In case anyone is interested, here's a test tool that you can be used to test the avast! autosandbox feature
It's a tiny program that creates a file in the root of disk C:\ and in the registry Run key.
Avast should trigger the autosandbox feature on this file, so you can test whether the feature is working as expected (in the latest version 6.0.1091, it should work on all supported OSes). If the file is not autosandboxed, there may be some problem.
