To make my image, I pressed Alt then PrtSc to get only the active image on my desktop. Why does the extra letters appear some times other times not.

It looks like you may have pressed the Alt key to show the keyboard shortcuts before capturing the screenshot.

Hi Shaun, thanks for your reply. The thing that baffles me is, I always press Alt before print screen button, as in my previous reports of a new version and when capturing other items to make an image. Will try same on my Desktop PC later.

Sometimes if you press and hold Alt a bit too long before also pressing Print Screen, it can do that.

Mine usually does that, but only with Avast
