Let us know if you do update, and how it goes for you.
I always wait a week or two to see what kind of feedback is posted on the Avast forum before deciding if i should update my Test box.
Then i wait X months before updating my Primary Box, till i'm really sure it works for me

Just updated to the newest version. Let me just say, if you want a basic interface with zero customisation....you got it!
Preferred the previous versions. At least a lot more was accessible from the main screen!
