    credential manager

    Good morning,

Would anyone know how to shut down or disable the windows 7 credential manager? It saves user names and passwords to log on to websties.

I use roboform password manager for many years and windows 7 or IE 8 overrules roboform on sites.

    Thanks for your info.

Hey Dennis, I don't know much about this service but it looks like mine has saved network information for my home network. I don't see a way to turn it off but it should be okay if you don't use it, and you can take anything out you would like. It looks pretty handy for a home network....otherwise, just don't use it.
