Cannot lock drive with bitlocker.

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone here have some experience in this area.
I have a Gigabyte P55A-UD4P Mb which has a TPM chip.

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate and try to enable bitlocker. It seems to me I am always unable to lock the drive with TPM.

I have follow the standard steps, clear TPM chip in bios, then go to control panel and enable bitlocker, The process takes ownership of TPM, create and back up TPM passeword. Then generate bitlocker key and store it on USB key. FInally it pre test if the drive sill unlock before encryption starts. It is at this point after the reboot that the billocker error come up and said bitlock cannnot be enable becasue the device has change or pin not inputed.

Did I do anything worng??

I have a look at the TPM driver, it is 3.5.X and read that only 3.6 works with Win 7. Do you giys think that is the problem? Some manufacturer has bring out 3.6 for download already, will that work on my Gigabyte Mb??
