Can I install MSE on this if its in evaluation mode??

Windows 7 Ultimate x64, XP Mode, W8.1 Preview VM - 7 Pro x64 second remote tower
 
 

Once the rearm has been applied and especially if you already had previously downloaded and saved MSE to a folder I don't see why it wouldn't go right on. The only way to find out is give it a try!

Yes, you should be able to install MSE wheter you have activated Windows 7 yet or not.

hi !

yes its no problem, i installed MSE before i activated Windows 7.
the only requirement is that must you have a "genuine" copy,
during installation MSE checks if you O/S passes Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA).
