    Once the rearm has been applied and especially if you already had previously downloaded and saved MSE to a folder I don't see why it wouldn't go right on. The only way to find out is give it a try!

    Yes, you should be able to install MSE wheter you have activated Windows 7 yet or not. :)

    hi !

    yes it´s no problem, i installed MSE before i activated W7.
    the only requirement is that must you have a "genuine" copy,
    during installation MSE checks if you O/S passes Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA).

I down loaded IE9 which failed miserably. Cant recover to old version. The problem was I had to download and run WindowsActivationUpdate.exe My vesion of windows is genuine but now I have Windows evaluation copy text on my desktop and no way of validating to remove it.

I Installed SP1 and after some time on the bottom to the right its saying "Windows 7 Evaluation Copy Build 7601". I searched on another forums but they say that the sp1 beta is installed (and that is why it says that) But I installed SP1 RC.

I`ve got Win 7 Proffesional x64 on my mashine and the copy is legal and activated. But, after I installed SP1 in the lower right corner I got a Watermark that it`s Evaluation Copy of Win 7 7601. But system is still activated, so I wonder what it`s about??? Evaluation of SP1 or WHAt ?? Why I`ve got...

Hi i was told on another forum that I can install a copy of win7 on my desktop that i have already installed on my laptop without putting the serial code in for evaluation period of 30 days while iam waiting for my new copy of windows 7, is this true?:confused:
