For the record -Couldn't tell you that. I'm not running MSE, I'm running Avast 5, and I don't have the paid version of SAS with RT protection.
I just use it as a manual scanner from time to time.
It would probably work fine though. Even though it would be classified as an antispyware program and not a full AV, any Real Time shield (if you're paying for it) acts just like an AntiVirus programs real time shields do. So always a possibility of some minor conflict.
I have had no conflict running SuperAntiSpyware Pro, Real Time Protection enabled & AVG Anti Virus Pro on 2x 64bit laptops.
