Now after reading this, I don't know if I add a uploading engine to my website. My website scans a file being uploaded anyways, but I don't know if my host (Weebly) has it up-to-date.

Should I add an uploading engine? It's risky now. I will only allow .exe files to be uploaded, and those are more dangerous in uploading than all other file types.
