Problem with Avast or Conficker(or some other worm)?

I have problems with Avast few days ago.
It started to act weird.I got original key,but it reports me that my licence is to old,and Avast doesn't protects me any more.
Since we have all read about Conficker,I tried to make online scan with Trend Micro House Call, but when I get to point when Trend Micro needs to update,I get message"Your conection is too slow",and some others, and it just skips scan, and report that I have nothing to be worried about.
Also tried to reinstall Avast, but after I install it,register it,and after first update same thing happens:"you are no longer protected".Funny thing is that happened 2 or 3 days after April 1st.
So,what could it be?IAnybody got an advice which antivirus should I install instead Avast Pro?

    Thank you on this one,jfar.
According to this test,I'm not infected with Conficker, but something is still disabling my antivirus and blocking acces to TrendMicro.
I just did HijackThis log,and sent it to one of the forums(I'm not that smart to anlyze it by myself). Also,I run sophos removaltool, but seems it doesn't work too.Right now,I am running Stinger(seems it works),so I'll see.

I think you need Jacee for this,in the meantime run Malwarebytes and see if it tells you anything.

    Anything?:)
Five worms/trojans/viruses,one fake driver and one registry key and it's still not finished,35minutes and still counting.I don't know how did they passed by Avast Pro and Spybot.Yes,it's been a while when I did a last scan, but this is really way too much.
I believe everything will be allright when I clean that ****.
Thank you m8 on all your help,I wouldn't even think about installing Malwarebytes.I had it till version 1.33,but after some problems with updating it on version 1.34,I've uninstall it.

Thats good ,I dont know if that is the latest Malwarebytes program,I will check it out for you, anyway it is a good program and free, and it will update ,make sure you look for updates everytime you run it. I also use AVIRA as my Anti Virus and it is free and I think it a lot better than the one you are using,I have had no problems with it .
