Perhaps there are many people out in the ether who know of it & choose to ignore it............. as do I.
    Any particular reason?

I'm exercising my freedom of choice in personal security after having investigated the options currently available. [What I often end up with is contrary to the "flavour of the month." So far my choices have served me well. I have never had any malware or a virus ever, after years of being online.]

What it does is convert PDF files to Word files (.pdf to .docx) and you can convert a whole bunch in one run. It is very fast and extremely accurate. But you then have to open the resulting files yourself. I converted a some with a lot of graphs, 3D, links and hyperlinks, etc and you cannot tell the conversion from the original - perfect.

OK, understand - pure whim. I thought you had some insights that I had missed.

Why are they a fraud? Are there any links that back that statement up? As far as I know they are one of the most trusted av testing sites around. I could be wrong, though. Am I?
Someone links to them and it goes on and on and on with people thinking it's a good resource.

The reason I don't think they are? They had shady testing methods for quite some time and they require AV companies to pay them to include their software. AVC is a sham in my book.
