ok, are you sure those programs are really safe? Anyway, this is the solution for your problems with SONAR: Re: SONAR is deleting our software - Norton Community
(there was 20 pages discussion on this topic, and those particular posts (3 posts in a row) are the solutions offered by Symantec SONAR team.)
