Security notification when opening a program

When a programs opens it displays a security dialog box. cant i directly open specific program without changing UAC settings????? can anyone help me

Now theres prob with ma task scheduler. it displays an error Name:  Untitled.jpg
Views: 13
Size:  23.1 KB after dis it displays thisName:  Untitled1.jpg
Views: 9

It's probably because you did something wrong :/

1. Open task scheduler and delete task/tasks you have created..

2. Have you created system restore point before adding tasks?

no i dont hv restore point

even i cant view my tasks. it displays the same error

You can do a repair install and see if it clears things up..
