I have been using Avast Antivirus with malwarebytes antimalware for years. Its been good so far. there are many other good antivirus you can search for their reviews, like McAfee, Mirosoft Security Essential, Norton etc.

The ADECleaner I keep in Downloads as sometimes you will need to redownload it but it is good at ripping crap out of the registry.:)

Been testing it a bit , not really feeling it. Getting lots of false positives like it detecting my games exe's or dll's that my games need to run as trojans ... which I know are not since they are steam games.

I use McAfee antivirus software, it is very good for your computer,it is also free for a few months.I have used other anti-virus software, and Computer is infected, which lead to losing many important data. But after with McAfee, haven't seen this kind of situation. On the other hand,if you have the problem of data loss , i sugguest you get help from EaseUS,it is very useful for your data protection.

    Hi Houjia,

I've used both Symantec and McAfee Internet Security software for many years now. Both provide good protection.

Norton 360 also has a trial period, so if you have not yet paid for McAfee, give Norton a try, too.

I purchased an external drive and backup anything important to there.
