    download and scan with...
    1.mbam Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware : Malwarebytes
    2.sas SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

and this is a specific tool from mcafee
    McAfee Labs Stinger

    McAfee Threat Center

A new Stinger has been developed to specifically target "FakeAlert" threats being seen in the wild. This version of Stinger Detects and removes the following "FakeAlert" Variants
    hope this helps

Did you try what thathagat suggested?

You might find it more helpful posting on the official BitDefender forum.

well its a major bad update of BD DEFINITIONS that's causing this...The problem is only affecting users of the x64 versions

READ HERE....Bad Update Or....? - Please Check Http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=18789 For Updates - BitDefender Forum

    two quotes from the thread:
I'm getting this too. Before I could shut off BitDefender it quarantined most of my system, including BitDefender itself!

What do I do? Most programs do not work. The computer barely booted (did some kind of repair first).

How do I unquarantine the files without BitDefender?

    HELP!

Bitdefender is going crazy today!!!... it blocks all the EXE files including cmd.exe....the trojan name called fake5
    Hurry up...we need fixes soon
    I've turned the realtime protection!!
even bullguard which uses BD definitions is experiencing the same....so take care

If you are still having problems, I would do a clean reinstall of your OS...

I full format, clean install, setup everything from the begining and full backup.
As i said i have done clean install etc and backup.
Now i will test some AV/internet security and choose.
For now i use comodo internet security.FREE
    I will test also...
    Avast.FREE
    Avast Internet Security.PAID
    Norton internet Secirity.PAID
    Karpesky internet Secirity.PAID
    Any opinion which is best?

If you're going to pay for a security suite, then go with either Kaspersky or Avira Premium Security Suite.

Personal firewall and anti spam in anti virus Security Suite - Avira AntiVir
