This is what the virus newfolder.exe/also known as W32/Floppy-E does: W32/Floppy-E Win32 worm (WORM_GATECOLL.A) - Sophos security analysis

You are most likely re-infecting yourself by adding infected programs/music/etc.

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7? Did you get it from a friend?
Also, if you are continuing to use that same USB drive, then that's a very bad idea!

1.your av should have stopped the infection in the first place...btw which av do you use?
2.i hope you have removed the usb now before reinstalliing cause it will reinfect you otherwise.

As long as you continue to use the infected USB drive, you will continue to infect the rest of your OS... if you cant clean the USB drive, the solution is STOP USING IT!

It seems as if the virus has infected all your old files. When you reinstall the OS and then try to restore the old files or folders on it and they are already infected, this will just happen again and again. I suggest a fresh start. Format and install the OS, redownload all your programs. If you keep using the same programs on that USB, you will get infected every time. Download and install everything all over again. Then do as others have mentioned on here and image your hard drive(as long as it is not infected). This virus could have infected all your media files and everything so you may have to start over fresh and redownload everything. Good luck.

Formate the USB first , then formate all partitions, and unstall W7.
Its the best solution to have a clean OS.
