Removing the virus without an anti-virus is very difficult, unless you want to do a clean install.

On the other hand, if you have done a clean isntall (no upgrades, and no restore programs), the virus will be gone.

I suggest downloading Malwarebytes and doing a Full scan.

Now could you please go into a little more detail about your current virus symptoms? If you did a clean install, and you're sure the virus didn't get back on, then maybe the problem is not a virus.

There are tools like MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware that may help to remove (some of) the virus. But chances are that some of the damage already done cannot be reverted so easily. If you can afford to reinstall, I would recommend that. If you have files you want to save, you can copy those to an USB stick and scan them before you reapply them. You can use the programs mentioned above or go on-line here for a very thorough scan (may take some time for the upload).

Yup i Did a clean install....

ok, when i open an installation file...it usually says :
"The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be a result of a damaged disk, failed download or a virus."
    or
"The programme is used internally by PackageFromTheWeb. It should not be executed directly"

This is the exact reason why imaging your drive is, in my opinion, is a MUST! You can literally spend days trying to pinpoint the cause and removal of a nasty virus.... you can restore an image in 15 to 20 minutes and be done with the matter. There are lots of free imaging programs, and the headaches they will save you are well worth it...

+1...it's so much easier and takes no time to be up and running again. I don't know why more people don't do it.
