    How to kill DEP?

Heya, i have some problems with DEP(doesnt allow some app to work(dllhost.exe), but i can't to disable it, even through cmd(bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff), and exceptions doesn't work because after restart, DEP is always "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only", so dllhost is an essential service, i can't to disable DEP for dllhost.

Make sure you're running cmd.exe as an administrator.

    Start > "cmd" > Right Click cmd.exe > Run as Admin... > bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

    DEP - Enable or Disable

You can also edit DEP via EasyBCD

cmd says "operation succesfull", but after restart DEP is set by default and dllhost still crashes with no reason, when running 3dmark. Also, when 1st time restarted the system after "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff" it caused OS crash. So, i think, i shouldn't touch DEP anymore.

    Hello !!

Maybe its the User Account that is causing. You might wanna create a new Windows User Account and try under that account and see whether that works.

    Hope this helps,

Why do you think DEP is the cause? If DEP was the cause the OS would have poped up a message telling you the process crashed because of DEP. Turning off DEP is not a good idea in any case.

dllhost.exe is just that, it host DLLs. You need to find the real DLL that is causing you problems.
