I installed Comodo 2011 v5.0.162636.1135 earlier today and the process went quicker than with v3 and v4. I had previously installed v4.1 a few months ago, but there were some problems with the Comodo Sandbox and Sandboxie being allowed to start, but I've noticed none of those problems with v5 but I have noticed that even with all of the newly added features like cloud scanning the software uses even less system resources than previous versions did.

Welcome to the Windows 7 Forums! The screenshot is from a program called Process Explorer by Mark Russinovich. This data and graphics can be generated for any program running on your computer under the performance tab in Process Explorer. It is a portable program so it can also be run from a USB flash drive. I always carry it on my A Data 16 GB dual channel flash drive...

ssakeman- Yes. The Comodo Firewall is not Dependant on definition updates so it will continue to protect you. If you like you can download Comodo Firewall 2011 and select only the Comodo Firewall to be installed on your computer unless you would also like to have the Comodo Defense+ HIPS which got the only 100% score at Matousec and contains optional automatic sandboxing of all unrecognized code.

Which version of the Comodo Firewall do have installed now?

I Must say, the new UI is pretty sweet looking. I also am trying out the anti-virus and I must say it has come a long way in the last 6 months. Over all I am impressed with the new version of comodo.

just a heads up. When updating it obviously carries over your settings from the previous version but yesterday I decided to hit the stealth ports button again. Two things happened, not only did the names of the set rules change in global rules but I started to see more being blocked in events. I'd give the stealth ports wizard a wake up call if you have those set rules or need them.

Not so with a recommended clean install although previous fFirewall and Defense+ settings can be imported if upgrading within a similarly numbered version of Comodo.
