    Bitdefender can't update

My BitDefender Internet Security 2009 seems too be working fine on W7 x64 7100 except that Action Centre wont let me update it. AC shows me a notice that BD is not updated but when I click on the "update now" button, I get a popup saying "This program will not run. Windows does not trust this program because its identity can't be verified"
Is there some way I can get round this?

    I don't think it's ready for Build 7100
Scroll down on this page, and see if Avira (free) antivirus will work with your build. I know for a fact that it works with build 7000 :)

thanx, I'm considdering switching to Avast, just hoped I could get bitdefender to work since I still have about 10 months left on my liscense.
The problem however does not seem to be with Bitdefender, more like Windows 7 isn't ready to work with it, it recognizes that it's an antivirus program, but won't allow it to update.

Okay, I've tried to uninstall Bitdefender(using Bitdefender uninstall tool) but it only uninstalled the firewall, the rest of bitdefender is still running, but doesn't show up in controll panel - uninstall a program. I tried reinstalling bitdefender, but then it said it has to delete the already installed version but does not have permission to do so. I tried manually deleting the bitdefender program files, but windows says I don't have permission to do that either -- ------ this is a nightmare!!!!
