Your combination is good and solid. Nothing gives 100% protection. The biggest factor is your surfing habits and the sites you visit. Discretion and and common sense in surfing go a long way toward keeping you safe.
There is another layer that you could add - a router with a hardware firewall. A hardware fire wall is by far the most secure. However, it will not protect you if you download malicious software.

Yes, if that one program is a security suite. I personally do not use a suite. What you are running is a good as any suite in my opinion.

C)Between those 2 which is better and why?Eset smart security 4 OR Avira premium security suite?
I cannot answer this because I have never used either. What you are currently running is good and I doubt that either of these would be any better that what you have.

I have seen a few problems posted here in the forums that were caused by ESET or, at least ESET played a part in the problems. Having never used it myself, I can't comment. Some folks here highly recommend it. My own view is why pay for a product when there are free ones that work just as well? And the ones you are using work well.

One other factor in your browsing habits is your browser and add-ins. If you run Firefox with ABP and noscript you will be that much safer.

One thing that I have found very helpful for running a computer that people other than yourself use is to put some sort of monitoring software on the computer. I'm currently using refog keylogger. It tracks program activity, internet activity, it records all running services and takes screen shots. This is useful for looking back at what was running and what caused the problem whenever something goes wrong with the computer.

ESET is enough. You may keep Malware bytes for weekly scan.
