UAC is off and still get security warnings!!

I have done a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64. After that I activated the built-in Administrator account. I've logged into it, turned off the UAC and restarted my computer. I get security warnings every time I install new programs. I can not turn off my antivirus software Nod32 in Task Manager. I get only this error message "Operation could not be completed. Access denied".

I have never received safety warnings after I turned off the UAC and could turn off my antivirus program without problems.

What is the problem? How do I get rid of it?

best regards

What do you mean by security warnings?? The message you have got for closing AV is normal. Normally, AV, Firewall's doesnt allow to kill their own processes for security reasons.

That doesn't sound like the UAC system to me. Have you installed some sort of other security protection suite???

I agree. It also could be caused by malware.

It seems that I do not have administrator rights.

Are logging in as a user account or an administrator account. Keep in mind that the administrator account in Windows 7 is not wide open like the admin account in XP. Sometimes you have to right click and select "Run as administrator" to load or install programs.
