Yes, there is no reason why you cannot use multiple advisors, although it might be a bit of overkill.
Something new you may want to check when unsure about a website is Scan Websites for Viruses - URLVoid.com BETA
More at About URLVoid:
Urlvoid.com is a service developed by NoVirusThanks Company and started on 21 May 2010 that allows users to scan a website address with multiple scanning engines such as Google Diagnostic, McAfee SiteAdvisor, Norton SafeWeb, MyWOT to facilitate the detection of possible dangerous websites. You should take in mind that even if a site is listed as clean by all scanning engines, it is NOT guaranteed the harmlessness of the website analyzed.
LinkExtend is available for Firefox and Flock only and it displays the results from 7 services: Web of Trust, McAfee SiteAdvisor, Web Security Guard, Browser Defender, Norton Safe Web, Compete, Google Safe Browsing.
Hi, brightsun.
I expect that opinions will vary here, just as they do for the best antivirus (i.e., I'm not an AVG fan), anti-malware or firewall software. That said, my preference is WOT. It isn't perfect but if I think a site marked as "yellow" may have been influenced by user input, I go to WOT and check the site. Safe Browsing Tool | WOT Web of Trust
Since I use Firefox, I am going to read up on Link Extend. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10777/
Edit: After looking at Link Extend and the reviews, I'm going to stick with WOT. I am not a fan of toolbars. http://www.linkextend.com/

I use mcafee which works good with macafee Internet Safety link Advisors would you receommend ?
Sorry, brightsun. I haven't used McAfee for personal use in many years. That said, the important thing is if YOU are happy with the results and your computer is not getting infected.
I tryed running two link advisor together it did not work can you tell me the install for two to work together ?
Did McAfee block the addition of the WOT add-on? I wouldn't think it would. I know a member of the security community who had both running together for a long time for testing/comparison purposes.
