Hey can any tell me had to disable the splash screen when it start ups on windows x64 7100RC please because i try the vista steps on how to do it doesn't work if any one can help can u please tell me thanks

Hi! I know this is the eternal question, but let me tell you about my dilemma : Since i run Seven, i use Avira free edition + Windows Firewall & Win7 Firewall Control + Spybot but my internet provider offers me freely Norton Internet Security 2010 with my subsciption... I used NIS2009...
