Locked out!

I locked the keys in the car.

I turned the administrator account to inactive after reducing the only other windows account to standard and when I try to run anything as administrator it doesn't give me a place to put in the administrator password.

how can I fix this?

Try booting up inSafe mode and creating a new Admin account.

It's not a password reset issue. The problem is in elevation dialog not allowing for admin password input
