McAfee works fine, again...Also does exist McAfee Site Advisor Plus (enhanced version, not free)

That's the size of the toolbar. BrowserDefender is bigger!

Personally I don't care for McAfee at all.Or Norton. Get yourself Nod32 or Comodo AV. might consider getting firewall too and learn to work it to keep the nasties away.
