probably ZA had some clash with one of your program installed. IMO,you should change using other program to replace ZA. MSE,windows defender or comodo might be usefull

Which one ZA or OA? I did notice that MSE was trying to update while installing ZA. Also, ZA does not want to be uninstalled. I uninstalled it and restarted and it was still there. Did it again and it worked. Then I had to allow some cleanup exe. to run and quit nagging me.
