iexplorer.exe *32

I am concerned about the process iexplorer.exe *32. I have 3 different iexplorer.exe *32 running at once. I googled this and a lot of people said that it was a virus. I really need to know if I have a virus on my computer.

Do you mean iexplore.exe *32?

It's normal for Internet Explorer 8. It's part of the tab crash/isolation process. Tabs run in separate instances. Nothing to worry about.

As Airbot says, you can have many of those. The more RAM you have, the more instances are being cached. The reason is that the system can retrieve them from cache (which is RAM) instantly. From disk would take a LOT longer.
This is an article that is interesting to read and explains how that part of the system works. This is a relevant key quote:

Superfetch is not really related or a main reason to why it runs with separate instances. This might help explain why it does a little better.
