Windows 7: Hitman Pro

Does anyone know what Hitman Pro on Windows is for/does? I've seen it used in many AV malware tests and didn't know what is was for/did.

I've used it in addition to Malwarebytes to clean PC's that were seriously hosed with Malware, Rootkits etc.. I always run it first, MBAM second and SuperAntiSpyware last.

So, Hitman Pro or Malwarebytes doesn't interferre with AV software? I keep hearing different.

No, Hitman is not a real time security app. It can perform context menu scan of files etc.. but it doesn't run in real time like an AV. Malwarebytes on the other hand can be run in real time and for some it could pose a semi problem such as slowing the system down a little, I know it does for me even though I have excluded MBAM's files/drivers.
