    Thankyou for the reply JMH, i did have a look at the SAS site and they recommend it running with an antivirus and say its compatable with popular av programmes however i never saw avira there strangely, So i will be fine to run the realtime protection on it with Avira Premium, One sure way to find out, Thanks for your reply.

When adding new software I always check to see if anything has been added to my startup routine and I notice that the installation added a startup item. Since the free version does not include realtime monitoring, I'm wondering about the purpose...
