Delete it using a partition manager like free Partition Wizard bootable CD, or clean the HD using DISKPART: Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

If you are not multi booting operating systems, then how about popping in the other operating system (ex: Vista) installation DVD, boot from the DVD, select and format the Windows 7 drive, then finish installing the other operating system? :)

    Hope this helps,

I want to uninstall it directly without any other partitions or any kind of reformating. I would love to brute force it.

There is no uninstall of an OS, just delete or format over it using an OS installer, 3rd party partition manager CD, or DISKPART from Vista or Win7 DVD.

Using a sledge hammer on the HDD a few times will uninstall it for you with "brute force".

On a serious note though, the options posted above are the only way to "uninstall" a OS.
