MSE or Nod32 ...which is a better AV?

I am about to dump my McAfee (horrible!) and planning to install MSE along with Malwarebytes. I heard both together is a great combo. But, my dad heard from a tech guy that Nod32 is good (along with Spybot S&D). Is Nod32 any good from your experiences? I really don't know too much about it and I'd love some input. Also, I want to make sure before I d/l that there won't be a conflict between any of the programs because I need firewall, antispam & protection against virus and spyware and I'm hoping the combination will do that.

Definately Malwarebytes and toss a coin between Nod and MSE.

Considering that Eset's NOD32 does not work with the 64 bit version of Windows Homegroups I would have to say that one is off the list. Malware bytes is very good. MSE also works well.

In what way does ESET not work with win 7 and homegroup??

This is a simple question, to be honest. If you want a free AV that suits your basic needs, MSE can't be beat. If you would rather pay for something ever year that offers more features, which may or may not be useful or needed to you), ESET can't be beat.

The point is, only you can answer it...not us. If your budget and needs require something like ESET, go for it. If you just want AV protection that works, with no frills, MSE is it. Neither one is the wrong choice.
