Unknown account appears in windows 7

Hello everyone. I have some question(or maybe a problem) and it's about accounts on my windows.
Some unknown account appeared on my windows with some strange name! So i would like to know is it normal, or is there something wrong like a hack or a consequence of an virus attack!!
Do i need to reinstall my windows!??
Take a look at the picture!

A lot of references to things like browser hijack attempts turn up under searches for "s-1-5-21-1547161642"

I'd probably start by running Hijack This and seeing what else there may be, but yes, it would strike me as a likely infection.

There's some info at the following link:

Yeah, that's not normal. Run some thorough scans with an Antivirus program. What build are you running, 7068? Download and clean install the official RC 7100 from Microsoft.

Official Windows 7 RC Available Right Now!

An account like that in the permissions is NOT a real indication of an issue. Those are actually normal to see. Still follow Airbot's recommendation to install the latest 7100 RC (as a clean install).

You will find such unknown accounts in every file and folder on your PC and sometimes more of them! It is creator account from second OS on your PC ,you can even delete it ,but then you can have problems opening that files or folders in your second OS. If you only have Seven ,feel free to remove it!

Hi. I had the same problem, but not anymore :)

To remove this account from security do this:

Right click on the folder-> Properties-> Security -> Advanced -> Owner -> Edit -> Mark the username that you want to be the owner (your username) then tick the box "replace owner ...." -> Apply, OK.

Then you are the owner and you're abble to change the permissions and delete the Account Unkown S-1-5-21.....

Greetings and I'm waiting for answer...
