Windows 7: Weird Error 0x80070522: A required privilege is not held by the client

I have a weird Error 0x80070522 error on one of my partition. Why is weird ? Well because I cannot save anything on the partition because I receive this error. However sometimes, randomly i can copy files on that partition after I receive the ''You need to provide system administrator privilege.... '' message.
I didn't have this problem until few days ago after some windows updates.
I tried the solution found here but it didn't worked.
If I login as Administrator everything is working fine.

Welcome to Seven Forum spitf1r3. Sorry your question got overlooked. Do you have a system restore image from before this began? This is the easy answer if it works. You could then try the updates one at a time, making a system image before each. See if one causes the same issue.

Unfortunately I have disabled system restore after I instaled the OS. I somewhat managed to resolve the problem.
If I download an archive (rar, zip,ace) from web it doesn't let me move it on that partiton, but if I extract that archive I can copy/move it.. All other files I can move/ copy on the partition. I still can't download anything (archive or not) directly on the partition either with mozilla or opera or even with IE. The os is Windows 7 64bits
