    Rootkit found -- avast! 5

    Hello!
    avast! 5 found a Rootkit:

    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\ccdcmb.sys
    and
    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\ccdcmbo.sys
Please help me what do I do??

and.... Is avast 5 really compatible with Windows 7? Some say they get the "Blue-screen Error" :)

Well, then either Nokia is installing rootkits with its software, or Avast is giving you a false positive. My guess is that you're seeing a false positive.

yes ignore. Its a False positive, almost certainly. If the specific files actually came from Nokia then it is almost certainly not a rootkit

Avast is compatible with Windows 7, the people that are saying that they are getting Blue screens would be very few and probably not related to Avast

Read this to set your mind at ease What is the ccdcmb.sys file?

Then notify Avast of the 'false/positive'. They may want you to zip and upload the file for them to look at.
