    NOD 32 Uninstalling Issue

    Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with uninstalling Eset NOD 32 Anti-virus. I'm not sure if this is related to the fact that I have Windows 7 or not, but here goes. Maybe you guys know a solution for this :).

Whenever I want to uninstall my NOD32, it all goes according to plan.
However, when I reboot my pc, it detects a system error and I have to do a windows start-up repair. The only way it fixes the problem is going back to a system restore point. When she boots up again, NOD32 is still there.

I'm thinking there is a virus of some kind in NOD32 itself, but I'm only speculating atm.
Anyone else xp'd this problem or has any kind of info on it? I can't seem to find any similar problems on other sites.

    Thanks!

Download the Eset Uninstaller app from this page. This page also has detailed instructions.

Awesome! I used the program again and then learned that I could "force uninstall" ESET too. That did the trick.
    Thanks for all the replies!
